At Ziyad Salon we will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service. If the result doesn't present as you discussed, Ziyad Salon will rectify it at no extra charge. If you are unhappy with the result by choice, Ziyad Salon will re-work at the usual pricing rates. *conditions apply
Please arrive on time. A maximum of 15 minutes late will be accommodated. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment incurs a 50% booking fee.
All new colour clients must call for a scheduled consultation before their first appointment, to ensure your result is planned with care.
An SMS reminder is sent 3 days prior to your appointment. Reply 'Y' to confirm or 'N' to cancel. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
As of June 2024, Ziyad relocated from twelve years on High Street to a raw industrial warehouse at 1/10 Langwells Parade, Northcote — a space that matches the work: stripped back, characterful, nothing to hide behind.
